RETURN POLICY

Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving for exchange or store credit only. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for Exchange or Store Credit. No Exceptions.
Before returning any item, customer must first contact Monica Hansen Beachwear at sales@monicahansenbeachwear.com
Unworn items must be returned in original packaging- with hygiene liner still attached, MA tags, and garment bag. If items are not returned in original condition, you will automatically be charged per item as follows: $10 for dry cleaning per item and 10% restocking fee on each item that will need to be re-packaged due to missing liner or garment bag. Customer is responsible to insure package and send back with a signature required to assure receipt of return. MHB is not responsible for any loss or return that has not been insured or signed for. We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to us. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.

 

ORDERS

Before we can release your purchase, we may need to confirm your details with you or your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. If you are shipping to a different address than the billing, this will cause a slight delay in processing your order. We do not ship to Hotels or Vacation homes. Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled or adjusted. To make an adjustment to your order, you will have to go through the exchange process after receiving your order. You may send an order back for an exchange or store credit only. No Refunds. We process orders within 2-24 hours Mon-Fri on all U.S.A. non-holidays. We do not offer any price adjustments once an order is shipped.

 

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR BIKINI

Hand wash in cold separately. Do not machine wash.
Lay flat to dry, do not iron.
Do not use bleach or harsh ingredients.
Keep away from rough surfaces, suntan lotions and oils.
